Culture

Threat Suppression is a proactive company built on the fundamentals of hard work, open communication, and the highest moral and ethical principles. We are based in the South and firmly believe in the principles of Southern hospitality. We work hard, respect each other, and always make time to get to know our clients on a personal level. We request open, honest communication from our clients; in turn, we always  the same.

One of the greatest rewards at Threat Suppression is the personal friendships that we make with our clients. As a testament to this, more than 95% of our business is from repeat customers. We remain in contact with many of our clients, often collaborating on frequent projects with each other.

Training is an important component at Threat Suppression. Not only do we train our clients, but we require constant training and personal improvement of our employees. Our staff are frequently attending schools and conferences to learn the latest in their respective disciplines. More than 25% of our employees' work time is spent training and conducting research. We believe that if you are not actively learning, you are actively losing knowledge.
