Training has been delivered on five continents. Core subject areas include active assailant response, fire-as-a-weapon incidents, large-scale civil unrest, critical infrastructure protection, crisis communications, advanced incident command, healthcare security, house of worship security, and tactical emergency medical care. The company has also supported more than 2,000 agencies and organizations to develop or refine emergency operations plans and procedures.

Threat Suppression personnel were early contributors, starting in 2005 with the development and teaching of integrated active assailant response models involving law enforcement, fire, and EMS. The company has continued to expand these models to address emerging threats, including coordinated attacks, civil unrest, and fire used as a weapon. Training programs emphasize operational coordination, unified command, and performance under real-world conditions.
